About Founder

Harshvardhan Patil is an engineering student and systems-focused builder working at the intersection of productivity, technology, and institutional transformation.

He founded NotionSmith with a clear thesis:

Talent is common. Structured execution is rare.

During his academic journey, he observed that most students struggle not because they lack intelligence — but because they lack systems. Tasks are scattered. Projects remain incomplete. Clubs operate without dashboards. Institutions rely on outdated processes.

Instead of criticizing the problem, he began designing solutions.

Harshvardhan started by building personal productivity systems inside Notion. That evolved into structured templates for student workflows. Those systems expanded into club operating models. From there, the vision scaled toward institutional-level implementation.
